Which information can be collected?
With the Customer 360° control panel you can easily setup what information you want to see in your PDF document. The following data settings can be selected:
- Calendar data
- Appointment details
- Company details
- Company interests and user defined fields

- Project details and user defined fields
Project member details- Customer appointments and tasks
- Customer sales
- Customer related documents including contents
Schedule and deliver
Customer 360° includes a scheduler that delivers your personal PDF document in your mailbox on a regular basis. Customer data The PDF document consists of hierarchically organized bookmarks which can be used for quick navigation through the customer data you want to see. The appointments in your calendar are shown as separate chapters in your PDF document. Furthermore there is always a ‘Library’ chapter which holds related appointments, companies, contacts, projects or documents depending on the Customer 360° settings.
For all software products a Software Maintenance contract is mandatory. When ordering via this website, the customer accepts the terms and conditions of seller's Maintenance Agreement. The maintenance fee is 18% per year based on the current gross list price.
