CALENDER SYNCHRONIZATION FOR SUPEROFFICE
Since we designed the InfoBridge Synchronizer our customers can sync their SuperOffice calendar with various calendar environments. That’s exactly why our customers are thrilled. The Synchronizer provides several advanced synchronization options:
- full information about synchronized appointments like company and contact person details will automatically be available on any calendar you are using
- all non-SuperOffice users within the organization also have access to your appointments and tasks
- available as a per user subscription
THE SYNCHRONIZER WORKS FOR YOU
The Synchronizer always keeps your appointments, contacts and tasks in sync. Besides synchronizing regular appointments it also synchronizes group appointments with participants, private and recurring appointments. When creating appointments or tasks in SuperOffice connected to a company or contact person, the Synchronizer will automatically add this contact with all the details to your calendar contact list.
Our Synchronizer works for you; it helps you to have your contacts organized, so it will automatically maintain your contact list based on your appointments. Using SuperOffice contact selections? The Synchronizer will also keep these selections in sync for you.
